About Pastor Deborah Evans
Pastor Evans became an assigned member in 2001 at Covenant Cathedral under the leadership of Bishop Kenneth Kelly. When Pastor Evans received the word from the Lord, she accepted the call to ministry. With going through the ups and downs of life, she stayed committed to the call. She has attended several leadership trainings under Bishop Kenneth Kelly. In 2007, Pastor Evans was ordained as a Licensed Minister under the teaching of the five –fold ministry of Bishop Kenneth Kelly. She has served in several areas of ministry and understands that it is not about her, but it is all about God. Pastor Evans was later ordained as an Elder on June 15, 2014 under the leadership of Bishop Kenneth Kelly and Kingdom Cultural Center. As God began to shift the ministry in a new direction, Pastor Evans continued to follow the move of God through the Man of God. Once the assignment was complete, God shifted Pastor Evans to a new ministry to continue her journey for the next move in God for her personal ministry. In 2015, God sent Pastor Evans to Abundant Life Ministries as she continued to serve as an Elder under the leadership of Bishop Christopher Parker & Prophetess Na-jean Parker. During Pastor Evans time at Abundant Life Ministries, Pastor Evans attended several training classes and the Ordination Academy to assist her in her calling as a pastor. On October 19, 2016 Pastor Evans was ordained as an Elder in the Abundant Life Worldwide Fellowship of Churches. After serving at Abundant Life Ministries for five years, Pastor Evans responded to the voice of God, that it is now to time to step into the pastoral call of ministry. Pastor Evans launched Kingdom of Glory Ministries on December 6, 2020. Pastor Evans received her Pastoral Installation on January 10, 2021 under the leadership of Bishop Christopher Parker & Prophetess Na-jean Parker. Pastor Evans continues to remain committed to do the will of God under the Apostolic leadership of Bishop Kenneth L. Kelly. Pastor Evans stands on the faith of God and declares that it is only the will of God that we all must follow.
Pastor Deborah McMillan Evans is the eldest daughter of the late Thomas McMillan Sr. and Barbara Blue McMillan. She is married to Deacon Melvin Evans and they strive to live according to the standard of the Lord. Together they have two daughters and a grandson. Pastor Evans is a graduate of Sandhills Community College in where she holds an Assoc. Degree in Human Services Technology, graduate of Fayetteville Tech. Community College in where she holds an Assoc. Degree in Early Childhood Education, a graduate of Ashford University in where she holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. Pastor Evans is the business owner of Little Angels Childcare & Developmental Center, Garden of Eden Childcare & Development Center located in Raeford and Little Angels Childcare & Development II in Fayetteville. Pastor Evans is a certified childcare training instructor for BSAC, Playground Safety, ITS SIDS, and much more.
